Nasarawa State Governor, Abdullahi Sule, loses son
The Governor of Nasarawa State, Engr Abdullahi Sule, has reportedly loss his son, Alhaji Hassan. 

It was gathered that Hassan passed away at the early hours of Friday, January 27, 2023 after a brief illness.

The Publisher of Eggonnews, Matthew Kuju, broke the news in a condolence message to the governor.

35-year-old habitual rapist arrested for allegedly raping five minors in Adamawa Men of the Adamawa state police command have arrested a 35-year-old habitual rapist identified as Wilson Sunday, for allegedly raping five minors between the ages of eight to fourteen in Bachure ,Yola North Local Government Area. A statement released by the spokesperson of the command, SP Yahaya Nguroje, said the suspect who resides in Damilu in Yola North allegedly committed the crime from January 2023 and subsequently continued. Nguroje said the suspect lured the victims into an uncompleted buildings away from the eyes of the public and took advantage of them while they were on their way going or returning from school and had unlawful c@rnal knowledge of them. A food seller and house wife, Mrs Esther Godwin, has been arrested by Ondo police command for allegedly pouring hot water on a nursing mother, Samuel Endurance, who she accused of having an affair with her husband. Esther was arrested last weekend after luring her husband's alleged lover to their residence at Olofin community of Idanre in the Idanre Local Council Area of the state. The suspect reportedly called the victim on the phone and asked her to come over and collect palm oil for her husband. Upon getting to Esther's residence, she took the baby from her victim, queried her relationship with her husband which she denied. Endurance repeatedly told her that there's nothing between them other than working at their farm.  The suspect reportedly rushed into her room, came out with a kettle of hot water which she poured on Endurance’s body.
